Before : The asphalt was severely broken and starting to heave, creating a trip hazard and allowing water to penetrate the base.
After : We saw-cut and removed the damaged asphalt, re-compacted the base, and installed new hot asphalt (HL3) to restore grade and create a clean, durable finish.
Before : Section of pavement deteriorated from repeated traffic and water infiltration, leaving loose material and uneven surfaces.
After : A full hot asphalt cut-out was completed: saw-cutting the perimeter, removing failed asphalt, compacting the base, and installing new HL3 hot asphalt for a smooth and stable surface.
